Our Passenger Transport Course is a Level 3 short course designed for staff who transport individuals as part of their care role. The course covers vehicle safety, wheelchair securing techniques, passenger assistance, and the legal requirements for transporting people who are at risk or have mobility needs.
The course is grounded in human rights-based practice and the social model of care, promoting strength-based, person-centred approaches that respect the dignity, independence, and right to community participation of every individual being transported.
