The complete safeguarding management system for Registered Managers and designated leads. Records the concern type, LADO involvement, alleged perpetrator details, risk rating, action taken, outcome, and follow-up dates. Status options include Open, Under Investigation, Action Pending, Resolved, and Closed.
Log missing and absent episodes with the date and time last seen, circumstances, description of clothing, risk assessment, police reference number, and notification log. Record shift handover notes between staff, covering young people's wellbeing, incidents, medication administered, appointments, and items for the next shift. Status options include Draft and Completed.
Shift-level compliance checks covering medication counts, health and safety walk-rounds, fire safety checks, and environment audits. Status options include Pending, Completed, and Failed.

Features designed around the realities of working in children's residential care.
A microphone button appears in long-text fields such as handover logs, supervision notes, and concern descriptions. Click to speak, and your words are transcribed directly into the text box. You can still edit by hand afterwards. Particularly useful for staff completing handover notes on the go.
If your organisation runs more than one home, a location dropdown lets you filter every tab to a specific site. Staff with full oversight can see an "All Locations" view across every home, then switch to a specific site before adding a new record.
The Overview tab shows a simple count of total and active records for each service you can access, so you can see at a glance how many young people are missing, how many safeguarding concerns are open, or how many supervisions are overdue.
The entire dashboard works on a phone or tablet. Staff can complete shift handovers, raise safeguarding concerns, and check rotas from any device with a web browser, with no app to install.
