Mental Health Awareness Course

A Level 3 short course developing understanding of mental health conditions and practical skills to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Our Mental Health Awareness Course is a Level 3 short course that equips care workers, support staff, and managers with the knowledge to recognise and respond to mental health challenges. The course covers common mental health conditions, early intervention strategies, and how to signpost individuals to appropriate support services. Grounded in human rights-based practice and the social model of care, the training promotes strength-based, person-centred approaches that support recovery, resilience, and the right to make informed choices about one's own mental health.
