The Level 3 Managing and Facilitation of Training in Care is an endorsed qualification designed for staff who have responsibility for training within their care setting. It equips learners with the knowledge and skills to manage training programmes, deliver effective learning, and ensure colleagues remain competent and confident in their roles.
