Our Level 4 Award for the Designated Safeguarding Lead is our highest level safeguarding qualification, designed for those who hold the strategic safeguarding lead role within an organisation. This course develops the advanced knowledge and skills needed to lead safeguarding practice, manage complex cases, and ensure organisational compliance with all safeguarding requirements.

The course is grounded in human rights-based practice and the social model of care, equipping designated leads to champion a safeguarding culture that is strength-based, person-centred, and rooted in the rights of every individual to live free from harm.
