Level 3 Awareness of Effective Promotion of Positive Outcomes for Clients

14 September 2026 · admin · 1 min read

It is entirely possible to run a service where every task on every care plan gets completed, on time, to standard — and still fail the people you support, if none of it adds up to a life that is genuinely better, richer, or more their own. This course is about that gap between “the tasks got done” and “this person’s outcomes actually improved,” and how a registered manager builds a culture where the second one is what everybody, on every shift, is actually aiming for.

Written for registered managers and those preparing for that role, this course covers what “positive outcomes” means in practice, strengths-based and outcomes-focused approaches, independence and reablement, co-production, how outcomes are measured nationally, and how promoting positive outcomes looks different — and needs to look different — across Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Ambulance Services.
