The alliance comprises of various professionals who have come together to provide some essential services for care providers, mainly in the domain of compliance, learning and development. The team is made up of multiskilled professionals who have helped to bring our services in-house, which reduces costs.

Currently,the core team consists of social workers, nurses, assessors, trainers, quality assessors, public health professionals, and health care consultants. Our aim is not just to link professionals but also to offer value for money and ethical services. All our professionals abide by a strict code of conduct that aims to empower our end users and develop their leadership and management skills.

We have also removed the jargon and the deliberate inflation of costs for most care services we commonly see targeting care providers. Caring Alliance aims to be the voice of reason as we partner with you to be empowered to make informed decisions. Many care providers have lost a lot of money following false promises, which often turm out to be fluff.
