CSTF, the Core Skills Training Framework, is maintained by Skills for Health and was built for the NHS and wider health sector, CQC also accepts it as a reference point for adult social care. Skills for Care is the separate workforce development body specifically for adult social care in England, the organisation behind the Care Certificate, and publishes its own statutory and mandatory training list. The two overlap heavily, safeguarding, moving and handling, fire safety, infection control, are on both, but they're not the same standard, and CSTF includes subjects, like conflict resolution and preventing radicalisation, that Skills for Care's own list doesn't.
