Caring Alliance offers a variety of health and social care courses. We are committed to supporting Care workers and support workers to have a high level of skills to perform their roles safely and effectively, meeting needs and CQC requirements.
You will take the initiative and do what is necessary to provide the highest quality of care for individuals, including implementing person-centred care and support plans and liaising with professionals to assist them, following NICE and Skills for Care guidelines on medicines management.
